Ford “Buck” Stops Here

Monday, October 29, 2012

The CDR has just obtained delivery of a Ford “buck” car. The buck is a new car cut in half with all the interior and control elements for use in studying the ergonomics, human factors for the scheduled spring project for Ford. The project involves developing new control devices in the Ford product and the buck will be essential in the creative and application development part of the project. Delivery of the buck together with the existing electric vehicle charging station (first one in Kansas) continues to build on the automotive focus and capabilities of the CDR.
