2011/12 School Year Opens at CDR

Saturday, August 20, 2011

The 2011/12 school term began with a School of Architecture, Design & Planning faculty meeting in the Tom Plimpton Innovation Studio at the CDR. The meeting was the first use of the conference/classroom space since the building officially opened on July 16. Addressing the faculty were Dean John Gaunt and Jefferey Vitters, Provost of KU. The Provost discussed new initiatives for the University which place the CDR in an excellent position for establishing a role in the strategic plan.
